Karen is a PCC qualified professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has degrees in both Psychology and Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.<\/p>\n
Karen has extensive experience working with both corporate organisations and SME\u2019s in a mix of commercial and people roles, leading large teams and working with a vast array of leaders across organisations and industries. Karen started her coaching and consulting business in 2005 and her target areas have focused on leadership transformation, dynamic teams and cultures, and individual and organisational excellence.<\/p>\n
Utilising her learning design expertise, Karen creates customised coaching and leadership programs which challenge leaders to think differently and drive exceptional leadership. Her expertise is in the areas of leadership and team behaviours, executive impact, career strategy and executive communication.<\/p>\n
