Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant
Karen is a PCC qualified professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has degrees in both Psychology and Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
Karen has extensive experience working with both corporate organisations and SME’s in a mix of commercial and people roles, leading large teams and working with a vast array of leaders across organisations and industries. Karen started her coaching and consulting business in 2005 and her target areas have focused on leadership transformation, dynamic teams and cultures, and individual and organisational excellence.
Utilising her learning design expertise, Karen creates customised coaching and leadership programs which challenge leaders to think differently and drive exceptional leadership. Her expertise is in the areas of leadership and team behaviours, executive impact, career strategy and executive communication.
Karen is accredited in the Human Synergistics tools (LSI, GSI, LI/MI and OCI), the Genos 360 Emotional Intelligence profile, GLWS Wellbeing, Clarity4D Personality profile (for teams and individuals), HBDI and Multipliers.
Having worked extensively in the area of creative thinking, innovation and challenging the status quo. Karen has developed a unique style of thinking outside the square and enjoys tempting clients to think beyond ‘what is expected’.
